Based on Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, art. 6:230o) and the European Consumer Rights Directive

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the painting.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to paintings made to order or produced to your specifications (commissioned work).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email) before the withdrawal period has expired:

Returning the painting

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the painting within 14 days. Return shipment costs are at your expense.

The painting must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in appropriate packaging. We may deduct any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the painting.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the original outbound (standard) shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned painting. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no charge to you.
